The Adventures of Donna Earla is a one-woman play, written and performed by Mary Ellen MacLean, fusing text, physical theatre and comedy with lip syncing to Johnny Cash's songs, that are intertwined with the narrative as the characters tell the tale. The story is Donna's adventure as she drives her tractor trailer truck from New Brunswick to Florida in search of her friend Tricksey, who now works as an exotic dancer. WORLD PREMIERE.
