BUYING TICKETS
How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets by going to our website at www.ticketpro.ca, by calling 1-888-311-9090, or in person at a Ticketpro Outlet. Click here for a complete list of Ticketpro Outlets. The Ticketpro website and call centre accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Ticketpro outlets accept cash.
How do I print my e-ticket?
An email will be sent to you within a few minutes of purchasing your tickets. The email will include your e-ticket attached as an Adobe PDF file that you print on any printer on standard 81/2" x 11" paper.

Is my e-ticket a valid ticket?
Yes, your e-ticket is a valid ticket. No other ticket will be sent to you.
Do I need to present identification with my e-ticket at the door?
Photo I.D. is not required to validate your e-ticket, but it is always a good idea to carry photo I.D. with you in case the venue or event staff request this.
What do I do if I lose my tickets or they don't come in the mail?
If you lose your tickets or they don't arrive in the mail, please contact Ticketpro at 1-888-311-9090.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
No. All sales are final. If an event is cancelled you will be advised by email or by telephone on how to get a refund or use the tickets for the rescheduled event.
Why do you charge a service fee?
The service fee covers the cost of providing a service; it pays for things like the software that provides the convenience of online purchasing and e-tickets, our Call Centre which is available to you 7 days a week from 10am to 11pm, the printing and distribution of tickets, etc.
Who determines the amount of the service fee?
Ticketpro works with the event organizer to determine the service fee. It will vary depending on the event and the ticket price.
