Following the screening, Chef Dave Smart of Front and Central will create a three-course meal inspired by Le Chef. Recently, Front and Central made Vacay.ca’s 100 Best Restaurants in Canada list and Chef Dave Smart will be officially competing in the upcoming Gold Medal Plates in October 2014.
